Please be sure you are comfortable with that PRIOR to booking to avoid any cancelation fees. -one guest is allowed at the time of appointment. there is limited room so no more than one will be allowed back with you. Children are allowed. Please be sure they are able to be entertained during your service(within reason ofc kids need things nbd) -pre-payments/ deposits are non-refundable • Cancelation policy: If appointments are not cancelled within 48 HOURS of appointment start time you will be charged a 100% service total cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $20 reschedule fee. • A card is required to book. -late arrivals(15 minutes) will need to be rescheduled & will count as a cancellation. -please book a removal as well if you currently have on acrylic/dip/gel polish/etc. Builder gel from another tech is okay IF you know if it is a soft or hard gel.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid a cancellation fee. Last minute reschedules will require a $20 reschedule fee.
